MRF Metal Coat Primer Surfacer White 1L

MRF Metal Coat Primer Surfacer White is a Polyurethane based primer cum surfacer for metal and wood surfaces. The product not only primes the surface for paint but also provides a smooth surface for finish paint. MRF Metal Coat PS White is supplied as a 2 pack product with base:hardner in 4:1 ratio. It is recommended to thin Metal Coat PS White with 20% by volume of MRF Thinner for Finish.

Areas of Application

• Use as an undercoat for polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd, enamel paints

Method of Application

• After surface pre-preparation, mix the base:hardner:MRF Thinner for Finish in the ratio 4:1:1
• Apply the ready material by spray
• Allow to cure for 6-8 hours
