The planer has a 3-knife cutter head that gives 96 cuts per inch. The planer has large in-feed and out-feed trays that provides 33.5" of material support. The machine can cut boards 12.5" wide and upto 6" thick. It has a 4-column carriage lock that reduces any play or movement that causes the board to snipe. The design allows the cutter head to move up and down smoothly and accurately using a turret depth stop.
