How to create the effect :
- Apply 2 coats of the base coat.
- Using the Royale Play Application roller, apply a 2ft x 2ft patch of the top coat.
- While the top coat is wet, roll the bagging roller as shown in the application video.
- Repeat the above 2 steps to cover the complete area.
Delta is an 'off' effect. The top coat is taken off by the bagging roller to create this effect.
