Europa Door Lock with automatic latch is ideal for locking entrance doors. The door automatically locks when closed. No key is needed to lock the door, hence the person exiting the door need not ask anyone inside the house to come and lock the door. The lock is also equipped with a locking bolt for additional safety at night. The lock cylinder has a pin mechanism that is supplied with a 14-pin ultra safe dimple key.

Where not to use

• Do not use where the lock can be accessed form a window or opening near the door
• Not ideal where there is a lot of human traffic
• Any window close to the door is a security risk as the knob from inside is not lockable.
• Doors lesser than 32mm thick are not suitable for installation.
• Outside opening doors are not suitable.
• Not suitable for double overlapping doors.
• Warning : Possible Lock-out. Locks automatically without the need of a key. Lock can only be opened using a key when there is no one present inside the house.
