Fevicol HeatX 200ml

Fevicol HeatX is a Heat proof synthetic rubber-based adhesive made with a special formula for high heat zones. HeatX bonds even in high heat conditions and withstands upto 170 degrees C. HeatX can be used to bond ply and MDF to laminate. It can be used to bond rubber to rubber, rubber to PU, Foam to fabric, PVC tp metal and many other versatile applications.

Application Procedure

• Stir the adhesive vigourously inside the container until the colour changes to pale yellow.
• Apply the adhesive on the both the sufaces to be bonded using a notched spreader.
• Apply the adhesive in one direction only. Do not apply in a criss cross manner.
• Give sufficient open time (8-12 mins) and ensure touch dry condition before bonding the surfaces.  
• Apply strong and uniform pressure on the bonded surfaces.

• Highly flammable
• Contains solvent. Use in well ventilated area.
