Method of Application

Surface Preparation

The surface to be coated should be clean, dry, free from moisture ,dampness, microbial growth and other  contamination.

Sand the surface using Emery Paper No. 180 and clean thoroughly so that no loose particles are held to the surface.

In case of acute microbial growth, fungicidal wash is recommended (pl provide details / recommendations)

Application

Apply one coat of AquaFresh Wall Primer by brush.  After 4 – 5 hours apply a good quality acrylic putty / cement powder putty. Sand the putty as recommended after complete drying  and apply a second coat of AquaFresh Wall Primer.

Sand the Primer with emery # 320 after 4 – 5 hours and apply 2 coats of AquaFresh WallCoat with an interval of 3 – 4 hours between each coat. The Finish Paint can be applied by brush and simultaneously smoothened with a roller for superior finish.

Thinner intake (de-mineralised water) will be between 35 to 45% depending on prevalent conditions.

Do not apply when the humidity is very high.
