Royale Play Fizz is a faux effect for walls. It has 2 main components. A Base Coat and a Top Coat. The base coat is just plain old paint that one would apply on a wall and the top coat is the one that creates the faux effect. The top coat is thicker in consistency than the base coat paint. The top coat is translucent - it has a colour of its own and also allows the base coat colour to add to the effect. The base coat is applied first and then the effect is created on top of it using the top coat and effect specific tools. The base coat is Royale Luxury Emulsion and the Top Coat is Royale Play.
